Limestone is a naturally occurring rock that primarily consists of calcium carbonate. This material has been traditionally used as a material for building and construction, including its use as a type of flooring. Limestone naturally comes in several shades and textures.Limestone is a very soft stone, which makes it easily susceptible to damage even by sand and grit. It is therefore recommended that limestone should not be used in areas with high traffic. It is also a very porous material and can easily absorb stains. On the other hand, this drawback can be curtailed by using a heavy duty sealant on it, thereby making it resistant to all these factors.

 

It should however be kept in mind that the sealant needs to be applied every few years because it can wear away easily.

 

Usage: Floor & Wall Tiling (Facade Cladding)

Size: Common thickness of 20mm.
